Our founder, Luis E. Morales is an accomplished educator (Executive in Residence at Duke's Pratt School of Engineering), engineering executive (13 years at Cisco, 15 years at AT&T), author (co-author of two books in the area of software quality management, "Achieving Customer Experience Excellence" ASQ Quality Press June 2016, "Quality Experience Telemetry" ASQ Quality Press April 2018), inventor (six patents in the area of IP networking and security) and mentor (Venture Mentor at Center for Entrepreneurial Development 2017-2020). Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a unique ability to connect with people, build team cohesion and create lasting relationships. His purpose is to help individuals and organizations work together to solve their biggest technical or leadership challenges and do it in a way that promotes harmony and benefits society.
